The service

Vital Relay lets AI assistants you connect read the Apple Health data you allow, on request, from your iPhone, through a relay that does not store health data. The app is provided by Rinat Tarzumanov (individual activity, Lithuania), hello@vitalrelay.app.

Not a medical device

Vital Relay shows wellness data. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and gives no medical advice. Answers and custom metrics produced by AI assistants can be wrong. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.

Your AI providers

The AI assistants you connect are third-party services under their own terms and privacy policies. What they do with the data they receive at your request is their responsibility. Keep each connection address secret, like a password, and revoke it if it may have leaked.

Availability

The relay is provided as is. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. While the app is not on screen, iOS pauses it and requests wait until you open it again.

Purchases

The app is currently free. If paid features are offered, they are sold through Apple; billing, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of data or answers shown through the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
