Getting started

Open the app, read and accept the consent screen, and allow the Apple Health data you want to share (or try demo data first — Settings → Demo mode).
Tab AIs → Add AI → pick your assistant → Create connection. Copy the private address.
Claude: claude.ai → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the address.
ChatGPT: on chatgpt.com → Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server → paste the address, authentication: none (paid ChatGPT plan).
Cursor, Claude Code and other MCP clients: use the address as a Streamable HTTP MCP server; the app shows the exact command for Claude Code.
Tab Relay → tap the circle to go live, then ask your AI, e.g. “How did I sleep this week compared to last week?”

Keep the app on screen while you ask. After you switch away it keeps answering for about 30 seconds; then iOS pauses it and requests wait up to 10 minutes for you to come back.
Every request is listed in the Ledger with a receipt number and exactly what was sent.
Want to approve each request? AIs → your AI → Approval → Ask me every time.
To stop an AI, revoke it in the AIs tab — its address stops working immediately.
To remove everything: Settings → Delete everything.
